  1. Advance Purchase                                      : 3 Days (for all classes for MIID except LOP)

4 days for K-cl, 2 days for V-cl  before departure (LOP only)

  1. Black out Date (All MIID except MDC) : 08 – 22 Jun 2018 (lebaran’s Peak) &  17 – 31 Dec 2018 [December Peak]

Black out Date for K class ONLY (MDC only)  : 08 – 22 Jun 2018 (Lebaran’s Peak), 26 Dec 18 – 07 Jan 19 (December’s Peak)

Change fee based on shorthaul or longhaul, using full OD to determine short/longhaul

Advance Purchase (AP) condition applies for rerouting and upgrade to current promo/market fares and  does not apply for partially used

For all upsell, new base fare must be same as or higher than original base fare, new Booking Class must be same or higher than original Booking Class

 

  1. NO Cancellation (Refund) after ticket issued for all classes
  2. Promotional Fares can be combined with Market or Corporate Fares with all classes, Must follow the most restrictive rules regarding Advance Purchase/Minimum Stay/Maximum Stay.
  3. No name change, no waitlist, no redemption upgrade to Business class
  4. Name correction (for CAT allowed) pay  IDR750,000 name correction fee + IDR750.000 service fee
  5. NO CHILD discount, Infant fare will be 10% of paying adult fare.
  6. Krisflyer Miles Accrual : 125% (D class) and 50% (K & V class)
  7. Return to other MI stations allowed e.g. KNO-SIN-BDO
  8. ALLOWED for mixed booking class between D, V, K class
  9. Fares are NOT applicable for Extra Seat, Oxygen bottle, Cabin Baggage chargers & unaccompanied minor.
  10. Ticket must be used in sequence, otherwise will be charged published fare
  11. These promotions fares valid for ex Respective Stations (KNO,BDO,SRG,JOG, LOP, BPN,MDC)
  12. Promotional Fares are valid  for MI/SQ  Appointed Agents.
