Malaysia Airlines cancels flights to and from Denpasar-Bali on 27 Nov 2017

 

Malaysia Airlines will be cancelling all flights between Kuala Lumpur and Denpasar-Bali on 27 November 2017 after an eruption at Mount Agung.

 

Passengers have been personally notified via SMS on Sunday evening and a travel advisory was also posted on the airline’s website, Facebook and Twitter pages.

 

The airline is monitoring the situation closely and will adjust its flight operations into and out of Ngurah Rai International Airport when necessary.

 

Owing to the situation, Malaysia Airlines will allow affected passengers to:

 

1.     A full refund or deferment of travel until end of February 2018.

 

2.     Change of destination (subject to seat availability) to Jakarta, Surabaya or any ASEAN destination Malaysia Airlines flies to.
