6. Minimum, Maximum stay and advance purchase :
7. a. Promotional Fares can be combined with Market or Corporate Fares with all classes as long as traveling with min 2 passengers
b. For Q class combination please follow the Advance Purchase and Minimum Stay as follow (according to Market Fares)
Must follow the most restrictive rules

Tour Code will follow promotional fares even when Market or Corporate Fares are used for outbound sector(s)

11. For D class, Reissuance and flight/date change permitted with change fee IDR 2,250,000 per transaction only if change of travel dates within the same period, i.e. From low season to low season or from high season to high season. Refer to reissuance guideline under ticketing general conditions
12. No name change, no waitlist, no redemption upgrade to First class
13. Promotional fares ONLY valid for travel from Jakarta
14. Promotional fares are valid for AntaVaya, Bayu Buana, Dwidaya, Golden Rama, Panorama, Smailing Tour, Travel Centre, Travel Mart, Obaja, Wita Tour.
15. Fares are not applicable for Extra Seat, Oxygen Bottle, Cabin Baggage Charges & Unaccompanied Minor
