Dear Partner,
Etihad reservation system only accepts 59 characters max in the name field (including infant name, spaces and title).
If the name is too long, just use the first and last name as seen in their passport. The Travel Agency is responsible for following this rule until the name is less than 59 characters. If the rule is not followed, the Travel Agency will have to reissue the ticket and name correction charges will apply.
Note: Travel docs (SSR DOCS) should still be updated with the full name.
