TG NEWS – RESUMING FLIGHT OF THAI AIRWAYS

Dear Valued Agents,

Please be informed that Thai Airways resuming flight of TG433/434 with details as follow:
➢ Schedule :
TG433/BKK-CGK 08.00 – 11.35 once a week on Day 3 (Wednesday only).
TG434/CGK-BKK 12.35 – 16.05 once a week on Day 3 (Wednesday only).
Aircraft type A359 (C32 / Y289).
However due to some reasons, for the time being we open for selling only 8 seats in Business Class and 41 seats in Economy class.

➢ Other supporting documents
o During Covid-19 outbreak beside usual travel documents, other supporting documents must be completed prior to check-in at CGK Airport Supporting documents for Thai and *Non-Thai Nationals are:

1. Certificate of Entry (COE) from Thai Embassy, can access through https://coethailand.mfa.go.th/ at least 14days before the date of departure.
2. Medical certificate with a laboratory result indicating that COVID-19 is not detected, using RT-PCR test, issued not more than 72 hours before departure time
3. Health Insurance Policy, covering healthcare and treatment expenses for COVID-19 with coverage no less than $100,000USD/Pax.
4. Confirmation Letter from Alternative Quarantine Hotel in Bangkok for a period of 14days from date of arrival with own expenses.

• – All documents must be in English and with official stamp.
• – Hard Copy (printed) of documents should be shown at check-in counter and upon arrival in Thailand.
• – COE number must be inputted in PNR (OSI)

Other supporting documents needed upon arrival in BKK Airport:

• After disembarking from aircraft, airport officer will give T8 Form and must be filled by all passengers then submit to Port Health Control.
• Passengers under GOOD TO ENTER conditions (completed documents & no fever) receive the stamp on boarding pass/passport, then go through passport control at Immigration 2 and collect checked baggage and proceed to Customs. After complete all formalities, passengers go through the hotel for 14-days quarantine.
• In-case of Suspected Case (having fever/respiratory symptoms), passengers undergo RT-PCR test at the airport. In case of Negative result, passengers go through the formalities same to GOOD TO ENTER group. In case of Positive result, passenger will be transferred to designated hospital.

Transit procedure for International flight

• After arrival at BKK Airport, airline staff will escort to next gate.
• Undergo screening in front of gate and wait for boarding to connecting flight. – No Lounge service available during transit for all classes including Star Alliance member. – Maximum transit in BKK Airport 12 hours only.

• – Medical certificate with a laboratory result indicating that COVID-19 is not detected (Negative result), using RT-PCR test, issued not more than 72 hours before departure time.
• – Confirmation Letter from Alternative Quarantine Hotel in Jakarta for a period of 8 days from date of arrival with own expenses.
• – Indonesian or Non-Indonesian entering the territory of Indonesia are required to show a Covid-19 vaccination card/certificate with a completed dose according to the vaccination protocol standard and issued by health authorities and valid in their respective countries.

Other supporting documents needed upon arrival in CGK Airport

• – Medical certificate with a laboratory result indicating that COVID-19 is not detected, using RT-PCR test, issued not more than 72 hours before departure time.
• – Confirmation Letter from Alternative Quarantine Hotel in Jakarta for a period of 8 days from date of arrival with own expenses.
• – Shown e-HAC Indonesia (Electronic Health Alert Card) confirmation, which is passenger must download before arrive to CGK Airport.
• – Indonesian or Non-Indonesian entering the territory of Indonesia are required to show a Covid-19 vaccination card/certificate with a completed dose according to the vaccination protocol standard and issued by health authorities and valid in their respective countries.
