Please be informed that as per immediate effect Vietnam Airlines implement Free STPC and Transit Tour,  with following  conditions :

  1. Passenger Holding Ticket of Vietnam Airlines 738
  2. Connecting flight more than 6 Hours at SGN Airport
  3. Destinations to DE/FR/GB/JP/KR/US
  4. Booking Class for Based Sector start from R/CLS*

Example :

*Booking class for Based sector (beyond) start from R/CLS with fare basis R1YASF

  • Passenger has connecting more than 6 Hours at SGN Airport , in this case passenger is eligible to get STPC
  • Allowed STPC one time (Inbound or Outbound)
  • Request to Vietnam Airlines office at least 10 Working Days (Exclude Saturday, Sunday, Indonesia & Vietnam Public Holiday)
  • Please input Passport information into PNR
