1. For security reasons, please note that Singapore Airlines does not accept Credit Card payments via email to any of our mailboxes.
2. For servicing requests involving payments to be made, upon confirmation from travel agent for the charges, Singapore Airlines will contact the respective travel agent via phone call and collect payment via a secure method.
3. Please disseminate this information to your front-liners, sub-agents as well as relevant departments and inform the impacted customers.
