Tour Code will follow promotional fares even if first sector use Market or Corporate Fares. E.g. SUB-SIN-LAX (Market Fare), LAX-SIN-SUB (Promo Fare), tour code on the ticket will follow Promotional Fare Tour Code
4. Blackout date (TOTALLY NOT AVAILABLE FOR SALE):
Blackout dates are based on Outbound dates ex-SUB
DO NOT use promo fares for inbound sector if outbound dates (regardless of fares used) fall within blackout period
5. High Season Period ex-SUB (REFER TO HIGH SEASON FARES):
High Season dates are based on Outbound dates ex-SUB
DO NOT combine high season and low season fares (for example, SUBSIN VT5IARL CANNOT combine with SINSUB VT5IARH)
6. Advance Purchase : 7 Days for SIN, SEA, NA
10 Days for SWP, EUR, USA, WAA

9. Minimum Stay : 1 Day for SIN
2 Days for SEA (except SIN), HKG & WAA

- Maximum Stay : 7 Days for SIN
14 Days for SEA (except SIN)
20 Days for NA & WAA
42 Days for SWP, EUR & USA
- Free stopover in SIN is allowed for North Asia, SWP, Europe, USA, WAA, just collect SIN tax.
No stopover in SIN for South East Asia destinations only.
12. Surface / Open-Jaw : Allowed between promotional destinations, based on half round trip fare
13. Change Fee and No Show Fee
14. Stopover along SQ routes (En-route) : NOT VALID ON SAME DATE
15. Changes on unused tickets (including stopover, reroute, upgrade to higher class, changes date / flight) : upsell to market / corporate fare plus change fee and different taxes if any. Residual fare difference is non-refundable. Strictest conditions apply.
16. Changes on partially used tickets for V/K cls (including stopover, reroute, upgrade to higher class, change date / flight) : upsell to market / corporate fare (minimum E class) plus change fee and different taxes if any. Residual fare difference is non-refundable. Strictest conditions apply.
17. Changes on partially used tickets for A/D/P cls (including stopover, reroute, upgrade to higher class, change date / flight) : upsell to market / corporate fare plus change fee and different taxes if any. Residual fare difference is non-refundable. Strictest conditions apply.
18. Cancellation / Refund : V, K, D class non refundable. Refund fee may apply for P and A class (please refer to general conditions on Market Fares)
19. Correction name fee : IDR 750,000 + service fee IDR 750,000
20. Promotional Fares can be combined with Market or Corporate Fares. Terms and Conditions have to follow strictest conditions.
21. Mixed booking class between A, D, P, V, K are allowed
22. No discount for child or infant requiring seat. Infant without seat will be 10% of paying adult promo fare
23. Krisflyer Miles Accrual : 200% (A Class), 125% (D class), 100% (P class), 50% (K & V class)
24. Promotional Fares valid for travel from and to SUB
25. Promotional Fares are only valid on all SQ and MI operated flights, as well as NZ operated flight (SQ4281/4282/4283/4284)
26. Fares are not applicable for Extra Seat, Oxygen Bottle, Cabin Baggage Charges & Unaccompanied Minor
27. No name change, no waitlist, no redemption upgrade to First / Business class
28. Visa Protection :
(-) Allow passenger to issue tickets first while processing visa
(-) If passenger not able to obtain visa approval from Embassy, we will refund the tickets with refund fee
(-) Refund fee : IDR 2,250,000 (V, K, P class), IDR 4,500,000 (D & A class) – must be supported with documentation from Embassy.
29. Promotional Fares valid for all SQ/MI appointed agents.
