Sales Circular JKT/20/011 – Update 9
Dear Valued Agency Partners,
- Singapore Airlines will waive change fees for customers with SIA new tickets issued on 05 March 2020 through 30 June 2021 for travel to and from all destinations.
The latest ticket issuance date of the rebooked itinerary must be on/before expiry date of original ticket.
- Unlimited complimentary rebooking on/before 30 June 2021
- Only one-time complimentary rebooking after 30 June 2021.
- Fare top-ups and other additional charges (e.g. applicable taxes) may apply for fares differences in the new itinerary.
- Cancellation/refunds would be in accordance with fare conditions of the tickets purchased.
- This update 9 of sales circular JKT/20/011 will supersede update 8 issued on 18 December 2020.
- Please insert this circular JKT20011 as the approval code for change fee waiver in the Endorsement box, for reissuance in accordance to conditions highlighted in paragraph 1.
