Please be informed New regulation for Group booking on Economy class.
1. Effective for Date of travel 01 January 2018.
2. New regulation :
2.1 Group Trimming.
2.1.1 Low season (For Group with total of pax less than 50 pax)
First Trimming
- Europe & USA : 70 days before departure date
- SWP, Japan, Korea : 63 days before departure date
- WAA, China,HKG,TPE, SEA : 49 days before departure date.
Final Trimming
- Europe & USA : 56 days before departure date
- SWP, Japan, Korea : 42 days before departure date.
- WAA,China,HKG,TPE, SEA : 28 days before departure date.
Minimum Materialization :
- Total of pax < 50 pax : 70%.
2.2 Penalty charge:
- 25% deposit will be charged after first trimming
- 100% deposit will be charged for cancellation after final trimming.
2.3. Low season & Peak season (For Group with total pax minimum/above 50 pax.
2.3.1 Penalty charge:
– Once Deposit paid, final trimming applied.
– Time limit of deposit will be inform by Group desk.
– 100% deposit will be charged for cancellation after final trimming.
2.3.2 Minimum Materialization :
Total of pax > 50 pax : 80%
2.4 Deviation
2.4.1 Any Deviation, will be charged minimum at Q class market fare or higher fare (subject to HO approval).
2.4.2 Any Deviation depart or/and return not from JKT (within Indonesia), will be charged to Q class market fare.
