4. Form of payment : AGT/INV
5. High Season period (For Outbound ONLY)
6. Advance Purchase / Minimum and Maximum stay
- Promotional Fares can be combined with Market or Corporate Fares with all classes.
Must follow the most restrictive rules regarding Advance Purchase/Minimum or Maximum Stay :
Tour Code will follow promotional fares even first sector use Market or Corporate Fare
Eg. JKT-SIN-LAX (Market Fare), LAX-SIN-JKT (Promo Fare), tour code on the ticket JKT021807

8. Endorsement Box (For All Destinations)
9. Krisflyer Miles Accrual : 200% (A class), 125% (D class),100% (P class), 50% (V & K class)
10. Not allowed to stopover in SIN for South East Asia
11. Free stopover in SIN is allowed (except SEA points) for outbound & inbound : collect SIN tax
12. Stopover along SQ routes (En-route) : NOT VALID ON SAME RETURN DATE
13. No cancellation (refund) for all promo classes
14. Change Fee for A, D, P class :
15. No Show fee :
16. For K and V class : Reissuance and flight/date change permitted for unused ticket by selling to H or higher booking classes (Market or Corporate Fares).

17. For A, D, P class, Reissuance and flight/date change permitted with change fee based on Short/Long Haul per transaction only if change of travel dates within the same period, i.e. From low season to low season or from high season to high season. Refer to reissuance guideline under ticketing general conditions
18. No name change, no waitlist, no redemption upgrade to First/Business class
19. Name correction (for CAT allowed) pay IDR750,000 name correction fee + IDR750.000 service fee
20. Mixed booking class between A, D, P, V, K (within promotional fares) are allowed
21. Promotional fares ONLY valid for travel from Jakarta
22. Promotional fares are valid for SQ/MI Appointed Agents
23. Fares are not applicable for Extra Seat, Oxygen Bottle, Cabin Baggage Charges & Unaccompanied Minor
