Subject : Withdrawal of Refund Fee Waivers due to Visa Rejection
Dear Trade Partners,
Effective 26 March 2018 (date of issue) waivers provision (CAT 16*PENALTIES) due to Visa Rejection has been withdrawn. Therefore all refunds with Visa Rejection will apply the regular cancellation (refund) penalty.

WAIVED FOR DEATH OF PASSENGER OR FAMILY MEMBER.
ALL WAIVERS HAS TO BE PROCESSED THROUGH QR
OFFICES ONLY AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENT HAS TO BE
PRESENTED.
FULL REFUND PERMITTED BEFORE DEPARTURE IN CASE OF
REJECTION OF VISA. WAIVERS HAS TO BE PROCESSED
THROUGH QR OFFICES ONLY AND EMBASSY STATEMENT HAS
TO BE PRESENTED AS SUPPORTING DOCUMENT
All bookings ticketed prior to 26 March 2018 will still be able to use this waiver provision above.
