  1. Please note that we are adding One Way fares to China destinations for B, E, M, H, W booking class.

 

  1. Fares are available in system for sale. Please refer to the updated fare-sheet in NA Tab for your reference.

 

  1. Need you to disseminate this information to front line staff and other related department.

 

Dear Valued Agents,

 

  1. SilkAir and Singapore Airlines will be introducing an new fare type, Premium Economy Standard (L-class) effective 16 April 2019.

  1. For your information, L class will replace P class fare level and new fare level for P class are available in fare sheet (highlighted).

All rules and ticketing condition of L-class will follow P class as one group in Fare Family.

 

  1. Always follow below Mapping Table to book Premium Economy (PEY) :
