SQ/MI Flight Schedule Changes and Transfer of Routes to TR

 

  1. Singapore Airlines (SIA) and SilkAir will continue to restore services and rebuild our network in the coming months. In addition to the services that were announced earlier this month, SIA will reinstate flights to Nagoya and San Francisco between December 2020 and January 2021. Both carriers will also increase frequencies on selected services. For Indonesia, the flight frequency for Jakarta to Singapore vv services will be increased from 10 times weekly to 14 times weekly from 30 November 2020 i.e. we will have daily SQ964/965 and SQ956/957 services wef 30 November 2020.

 

The latest SIA and SilkAir flight schedules from November 2020 to January 2021 is available here.

  1. Scoot’s services to Kuala Lumpur, Manila and Perth will be temporarily suspended, while SIA and SilkAir will increase their frequencies on those routes.

 

  1. At the same time, SIA and SilkAir will temporarily suspend services to Penang, Surabaya and Taipei while Scoot will operate to these destinations at higher frequencies. These changes, which are subject to regulatory approvals, are expected to take place in November and December 2020.

 

3.1 Suspended SQ/MI flights and affected travel period

    1. Passengers with existing SQ/MI bookings in these travel dates on affected routes will be re-accommodated to TR flights. Passengers will receive notifications of the new flight details from 23 November 2020 onwards. Please refer to Annex A of this Sales Circular for the re-accommodation servicing guidelines.

 

3.3 For passengers holding tickets beyond the affected travel period, their bookings are not affected.
