Here’s how you can claim your shopping voucher*:
- Complete the form and fill in the signature column with company stamp.
- Attach the form and send it to adisti.anggayasti@emirates.com to be verified.
- Our sales team will email you when your vouchers are ready to be collected in Emirates Jakarta/Denpasar office. If your office is outside of Jakarta or Denpasar, please send us your office complete address.
*Terms & Conditions Frontliners Shopping Vouchers:
– Shopping vouchers will be verified when ticket has flown.
– Shopping voucher only valid when ticket is issued during Early Bird promotion (23-31Mar) for passenger date of travel (outbound CGK/DPS) from 15May-14Jun18.
– Shopping voucher valid for return tickets to all Emirates destinations using Emirates flight (codeshare/interline flight is not eligible).
– Shopping voucher is not valid for child fare ticket.
– Shopping voucher is valid for FIT only.
– Combination class ticket is valid and will be counted as economy ticket.
