Hereby we would like to reiterate that China Airlines allows all agents to issue SOTO tickets through GDS by using ATPCO fares in system.
With effective of tickets issued on/after 01 June 2018, all fares under all RBDs are allowed to be sold except RBD H,N,X,L.
