AN011J-20 COVID-19 Ticketing Handling Guidelines.

Greetings from China Airlines!

Effective per 14Aug20, hereby we inform the revision rules for ticketing handling related to Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
Below rules and procedures are valid for:
– CI (297) / AE (803) tickets including BP00, except DM/ID/AD tickets
– Eligibility:
a. Involuntary change due to CI/AE flights schedule cancelled/delayed/advanced**

b. Voluntary change due to Covid-19 issues will be accepted as per conditions set
    on Table A (Tickets with original traveling date before 01May20) and Table B (Tickets with original traveling date on/after 01May20)**
c. Incidentally change due to denied boarding at airport due to fever symptom, or based on local government policy on COVID-19,
    passengers are not entitled to enter or transfer, or required for isolation/quarantined**

For wholly unused tickets and partially used tickets, please proceed all refund by using BSP Manual Refund, and submit the documents to China Airlines Branch Office in Jakarta
