Air France and KLM COVID-19 FLEXIBILITY POLICY for Trade has been updated. This policy is valid as of 21 September 2020 and is subject to change.

Due to the rapid change of situation every day, we encourage you to regularly visit our Trade website AgentConnect.biz to promptly get the new updates.

Some highlights of the updates:

•         Involuntary cases:
  •    Change of Dates / Destinations: policy applied for all reservations ticketed with a travel date on/after 03 March 2020
  •    Policy for rebooking depending on when will be the new travel date:
    •   Before 30 November or within 30 days before or after initial departure date – Rebook in the same cabin
    •   Rebook outside 30 days before or after initial departure date – Rebook in the same booking class as the original ticket
•         Voluntary cases:
  •    Change of Dates: reissue by reprice before initial departure date

*For flight ticketed on/before 21 April with a scheduled departure on/before 31 August 2020, the old policy applies – please check in the document.

• Waiver: option of cash refund for those customers who insist they no longer want to travel. Please check the document for conditions and waiver remarks to add in the PNR
• If the waiver remark is not inserted or incorrectly inserted into the PNR, in the SSR element, an ADM will be sent.
