SQID23036 UPDATE TO SIA B2B NAME CORRECTION POLICY

1. 1. The requirement to produce a copy of the entire passport as a supporting document is no longer necessary. This will be effective 20 November 2023.
      1. When submitting an SRF for Name Correction, please indicate the name as per passport MRZ.
   2. Making a Booking – First and Last Name
      1. First and Last Name should strictly follow what is reflected in the MRZ.
      2. 
      3. In the example above, Tan is the last name, while Yuwei Wayne is the first name.
      4. If your MRZ does not contain a double chevron (<<), enter your full name as the last name.
   3. YR tax is non-refundable for all name correction scenarios as it is considered a voluntary situation.
