Please take note of the following updates regarding booking instructions for single name passengers with immediate effect, with reference to SQ bookings with TR segment.
- Booking instructions for single name passengers are applicable for:
- Travel itinerary with flights operated by SQ/MI and TR (SQ/MI on TR; TR on SQ/MI).
- Passenger passport contains NO last name.
- For new bookings, please key in “FNU” in the first name entry of the booking (e.g. John/FNU MR). For un-ticketed and ticketed PNRs, agent may contact SIA Ticket Office to request name correction and ticket reissuance without fee.
- Please disseminate this information to your front liners, sub-agents as well as relevant department.
