As part of Changi Airport Group’s (CAG) Terminal-2 (T2) counter consolidation plan, the following T2 for SQ/MI counters will be relocated, effective on Thursday 22 March 2018 at 4.00 am.
1/ MI Business class counters (currently in row 5) to row 2, counter 1 – 3
2/ SQ/MI group counters (currently in row 4) to row 2, counter 6 – 8
All other counters remain no change:
i.e. SQ First/Businees class/KrisFlyer Elite Gold/Premium Economy class in row 1
SQ Economy class in row 3,
MI Economy class in row 4.
CAG will also be deploying wayfinding signages and staff, to assist and direct SQ/MI passengers.
