  2. Form of Payment       : AGT/INV (NO CUMBERLAND)

7. Promotional Fares can be combined with promotion fares, Seasonal or Corporate Fares with all classes
Must follow the most restrictive rules regarding Advance Purchase/Minimum and Maximum Stay
Tour Code must follow promotional fares even first sector use Seasonal or Corporate Fares
Eg. KNO-SIN-LAX (Seasonal Fare), LAX-SIN-KNO (Promo Fare) then Tour Code on the ticket : MIIDJC0718

    9. Krisflyer Miles Accrual : 200% (A class), 125% (D class), 100% (P class), 50% (V, K class)
    10. Free stopover in SIN is allowed for outbound and inbound : collect SIN tax

    2. Stopover along SQ routes (En-route) : NOT VALID ON SAME DATE of ARRIVAL

    18. Promotional fares valid for travel from MI Indonesia points.
