Please be informed that Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 4 will operate effective 31 October 2017.
The new Terminal 4 is not linked to Terminal 1, 2, 3; therefore the transfer of passengers is by shuttle bus. To accomodate these conditions, the minimum connecting time for transit passenger between Terminal 4 and Terminal 1,2,3 should be at least 2 hours.
