13. No refund for all promo classes

14. For  K and V class : Reissuance and flight/date change permitted for unused ticket by selling to H or higher booking classes (Market or Corporate Fares). Refer to reissuance guideline under ticketing general conditions

15. For P & D class, Reissuance and flight/date change permitted with change fee IDR 2,250,000 per transaction only if change of travel dates within the same period, i.e. From low season to low season or from high season to high season. Refer to reissuance guideline under ticketing general conditions

16. No name change, no waitlist, no redemption upgrade to First/Business class

17. Mixed booking class between D, P, V, K (within promotional fares) are allowed

18. Promotional fares ONLY valid for travel from Denpasar. Please use Master Card for issuing this promotions fares.

19. Promotional fares are valid for SQ/MI Appointed Agents

20. Fares are not applicable for Extra Seat, Oxygen Bottle, Cabin Baggage Charges & Unaccompanied Minor

21. For ATH fare calculation, must use through fare (if not will be charged published fare)
