Announce the updated rules for ticketing handling related to Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
Below rules and procedures are valid for:
– CI(297) / AE(803) tickets including BP00, except DM/ID/AD tickets.
– Eligibility:
a. Involuntary change due to CI/AE flights schedule cancelled/delayed/advanced**
b. Voluntary change due to COVID-19 issues will be accepted as per conditions set on table A & B**
c. Incidentally change due to denied boarding at airport due to fever symptom, or based on local government policy on COVID-19, passengers are not entitled to enter or transfer, or required for isolation/quarantined**
Application Due Date extended until on/before 28Feb21

For wholly unused tickets and partially used tickets, please proceed all refund by using BSP Manual Refund, and submit the documents to China Airlines Branch Office in Jakarta.
