Dear Valued Agency Partners,
- Please take note of following updates to our ‘SQ/MI on TR’ Seasonal Fares ex JKT/SUB/DPS/MES/BDO and ‘TR on SQ/MI’ Seasonal Fares, with immediate effect. For full details on SQ/MI fare family changes, please refer to Sales Circular JKT/21/010 sent on 16 April 2021.
1.1 Change, Cancellation and No-show fees
- The short-haul cancellation fee for Economy Standard fares M, H, W have been reduced.
- Economy Value fares Q and N (formerly under Economy Lite) offer lower change fees for long-haul and will now allow cancellation with fee.
- Economy Lite fares V has featured new restrictions to ticket changes. Changes and cancellations are prohibited, and the no-show change will no longer be applicable as a result.
1.2 Baggage Allowance
Baggage allowance for Economy Class fare types has been streamlined into 2 main categories:

- 30kg for the Economy Flexi and Standard fare types (Y, B, E, M, H, W).
- 25kg for the Economy Value and Lite fare types (Q, N, V).
- The respective amendments are highlighted on General Ticket Conditions and Reissue Guidelines in the attached fare sheets. Fare levels and other fare conditions remain unchanged.
