Please note of the retiming D5 (Fridays) flight starting from 6 July 2018 to 26 October 2018.

• We are strongly remind you to always check your Queue for Schedule Change in your system and inform your respective customers about these schedule changes.

• Should you find the difference of flights between itinerary and electronic ticket, please reissue the E-Ticket to reflect the correct date, flight and time.

• Send the new E-Ticket and latest flight itinerary to your customers to ensure that they are aware of their new flights details and to check in at the correct time.

• Please disseminate this information to your front-liners, relevant departments and branch offices as well as your sub-agents.
