Group Promo Fares during low season :
1. Booking class : G
2. Date of Booking : Immediately – 31st Jan 18.
3. Date of travelling : Jan – May 18.
4. Date of Issued : Immediately – 26th May 18.
5. Minimum : 85% materialization rate, less than materialization rate, fares will be charged at our normal adhoc fare for LAX & SFO at IDR 13,400,000 & JFK fare at IDR 15,400,000
6. Deviation allowed into H class
7. Non refundable
8. No Child fare
9. Each agents can only book maximum of 2 groups with total of 21 pax per group per month. Any additional group bookings will be proposed using our normal adhoc fare at IDR 13,4000,000 (LAX/SFO) & IDR 15,400,000. (JFK)
10. USA groups that have been confirmed using our previous fare, will not be down sell.
11. Fares are exclude taxes and subject to Head Office approval & Seat Avail.
